You will have amazing opportunities to:

• Develop eFisheryKu growth marketing strategy, then translate these plans into clear directions (OKRs and roadmap) in efforts to scale the brand and business
• Develop meaningful customer segments to drive relevant engagements for growth and efficiency
• Shape growth, experiment design programs, and deliver campaigns that support eFisheryKu all marketing streams
• Actively generating analysis, insight and learning to generate powerful, actionable insights that drive growth for eFisheryKu
• Create an effective marketing dashboard which combines all of marketing performance data from all marketing stream i.e., in-app, owned media, paid media, etc.
• Work closely with Research, Business Intelligence, PMM, PM, and Creative) on creating experiment and Growth initiative

What you will need to be succeed:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Finance from top universities
• 2+ years' experience of working in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, Research or other relevant position
• Experience with experimenting on different modeling techniques (supervised and unsupervised learning) and develop data visualization for data stories
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or any quantitative dashboard
