Job Description:<ul> <li>Develop and run sales training and development materials</li> <li>Conducting sales team onboarding to implementing training for the sales team</li> <li>Develop the programs to improve the performance of the sales team</li> <li>Assisting and executing sales development program projects and those related to Sales &amp; Expansion</li> </ul>Job Requirements:<ul> <li>Minimum Diploma</li> <li>Minimum 2 years experience in the same position</li> <li>Have experience and knowledge of the sales process in retail and data analysis</li> <li>Eager to learn</li> <li>Excellent communication both on written or verbal</li> <li>Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Willing to go on business trips to all areas</li> </ul>
