Job Overview :
The Project Management Officer (PMO) - Midmile is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of midmile projects within the company. This role involves monitoring, controlling, and evaluating project performance, providing detailed reports to key stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and within scope. The PMO will coordinate with cross-departmental stakeholders and external parties to manage all aspects of project execution, from planning and strategy development to task assignment and progress tracking.
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensuring Monitoring, Control and Evaluation of project execution performance
- Providing precise reports to VP, Division Head and other key stakeholders
- Coordinate and complete projects on time according to budget and within scope, also oversee all aspects of the project, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and summarize project progress
- Oversee all aspects of projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and summarizing project progress.
- Manage all activities, tasks, and work closely with cross-departmental stakeholders including external parties
- Plan and create strategies for project materials, human resources, schedule and objectives of the project
Job Requirements :
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Finance or relevant field
- Experience in business consulting will be highly considered
- Outstanding knowledge of PMO, and data analysis
- Solid knowledge of Supply Chain Management
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in English both written and verbal
Job Competencies :
- Proficient in managing and overseeing projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to ensure project success.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for project execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder engagement.
