Job Overview :
Support and carry out the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems for the Tilapia Coop project in designated farming areas.
Job Descriptions :
- Fasilitate the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of auto-feeder machines by collaborating with the AIoT team.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all electronic equipment (hardware) installed at partner Coop/certification farmers (e.g., CCTV, solar panels, etc.).
- Repair and maintain all aquaculture equipment supported by eFishery at partner Coop farmers' cages (e.g., nets, floating drums, tarpaulins, etc.).
- Coordinate with vendors executing work at farmer locations in accordance with DED guidelines, budget, and agreed timelines.
- Monitor the designated MEP vendor’s work and report progress to the TPM and Coop Toba Project Manager.
- Create commissioning and maintenance documentation in compliance with international certification standards required by buyers (e.g., BAP, BRC, ASC).
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Min. 2-3 years in the same position
- Proven experience in experience in mechanical and electrical systems or a related role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
