Job Overview :

Procure raw material and build relationship with suppliers, farmers and internal eFishery team within respective area in order to support export business for securing the supply

• Procure raw material
• Building network of suppliers which could do our method
• Build relationship with suppliers, farmers and internal eFishery team within respective area
• Reporting ground situation on size, price and volume of shrimp within respective area
• Create and sending PO to suppliers
• Negotiate raw material based on standard price set up
• Matchmaking on demand and supply available

Job Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Fisheries, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the fisheries or food industry.
• Understanding of raw material (fish/shrimp) procurement processes and best practices in the fisheries industry.
• Familiarity with market standards for raw material pricing and volume.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with suppliers, farmers, and internal teams.
• Ability to negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals.
• Own a personal vehicle and be willing to travel to supplier and farmer locations.
