Job Overview

The Business Development Administration role is responsible for supporting the business development team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication with clients, and helping to implement strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the company’s market presence. This role will focus on maintaining accurate records, analyzing data, and ensuring the smooth execution of business development efforts, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to arrange meetings, calls, presentations, and other business activities.
  • Prepare and review business proposals, reports, and presentations to support the team in client meetings.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
  • Manage and update the system to ensure accurate records of leads, clients, and opportunities.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development and generate regular progress reports.
  • Assist in organizing business development events, including networking sessions and client meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze data, understand market trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Domiciled or willing to be placed in Toba, North Sumatra
