Monitoring and ensuring end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities for shrimp & fish are in accordance with established standards.

Job Description

• Formulating strategic operational procurement plans to accommodate field team demands.
• Ensuring purchases of shrimp and fish, packaging, and other supporting items align with established needs and standards.
• Developing cost reduction strategies related to packaging needs in the shrimp and fish commodities.
• Formulating and resolving various operational issues in procurement and the supply chain.
• Leading and developing daily planning for export & local supply chain needs.
• Supporting the search for potential contractors for mini-plant construction.
• Building good relationships with current and/or new suppliers to fulfill operational needs of the supply chain team.
• Supporting activities related to exports and relationships with maklon and/or processing partner.
• Facilitating management needs for various projects (costing for shrimp lease project, tilapia project acquisition, frozen fish project, etc.)
• Planning and reviewing internal team work targets quarterly.
• Reviewing planning and actual production targets for shrimp and fish exports.
• Managing farmers and suppliers acquisition related to coop programs & input sales for tilapia
• Developing MoU for certification, processing and supply

Job Requirements

• D3/S1 Jurusan Segala Jurusan
• Min. 8 years of working experience / 4 years in the same position
• Must have 8 years’ experience in procurements prefereable from manufacture company
• Strong people skill and communication skills.
• Great strategic planning, organizational, and excellent management and analytical skill.
• Strong leadership skill to move and inspire a large group in a unified direction and vision.
• Able to operate and use formula on Gsuites for interpreting operationals data needs
