Job Overview

As a Quality Control Processing Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with fish and shrimp certification standards through direct assessments and monitoring. This role involves working closely with farmers, certification bodies, and contractors to resolve any issues and ensure improvements are completed according to certification standards. You will also be tasked with managing multiple associations across various regions, collecting and organizing documentation as part of audit processes, and supporting additional certification programs related to fish and shrimp farming.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Conduct proper assessment for fish & shrimp certification based on related certification bodies standard
  2. Control status tracking issue for fish and shrimp certification by direct monitoring to farmers
  3. Ensure issues are resolved and meets 100% completion from related certification bodies
  4. Ensure improvement by farmer/eFishery/contractor meets 100% completion from related certification bodies
  5. Support other certification program will be charged to fish and shrimp certification
  6. Collecting all documents and evidence as work audit paper
  7. Manage 4 associations with in 3 regencies

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Fisheries, Food Science, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years working experience in related position
  3. Proven experience in quality management system and high-level audit (as an auditor is preferable)
  4. Proven experience in QA management within the seafood (fish & shrimp) farm, processing industry
  5. Have HACCP certificate for food processing
  6. In-depth knowledge of fish-shrimp quality field & processing methods, standards, and best practices
  7. Familiarity with relevant food safety regulations and certifications
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of seafood quality (fish & shrimp) quality
  9. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Job Competencies:

  1. Certification Assessment: Conduct proper assessments of fish and shrimp farms based on certification standards.
  2. Issue Tracking & Resolution: Monitor certification status directly with farmers and ensure timely resolution of all issues.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Effectively collaborate with farmers, contractors, and certification bodies to ensure compliance.
  4. Documentation & Audit Preparation: Collect and manage all documents and evidence required for certification audits.
  5. Regional Coordination: Manage relationships and ensure compliance for multiple associations and farmers across different regions.
  6. Attention to Detail: Ensure all issues and improvements meet 100% completion as per certification standards.
  7. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and work with stakeholders to enhance certification compliance.
