The Project Management Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of various operational and supply chain projects. Job Descriptions:
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the Operations & Supply Chain Management directorate.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budget estimates, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including production teams, suppliers, and third-party vendors.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure that all projects comply with industry standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide project teams to achieve project goals and develop their skills.
- Foster collaboration between departments to optimize supply chain operations and enhance overall productivity.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Experience in supply chain management and operations in an aquaculture environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
