Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and continuous improvement of Esoko’s digital products. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to deliver practical, scalable, and user-centered solutions.

The Technical Product Manager will work closely with internal teams to design, develop, and enhance Esoko’s digital platforms that provide market information, data services, and agricultural insights to farmers, agribusinesses, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with organizational objectives.

• Conduct product discovery through user research, market insights, and data analysis.

• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product features and improvements.

• Monitor product performance using key metrics and continuously enhance product functionality and usability.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders across product, operations, marketing, and sales teams.

• Support product launches, adoption, and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role.

• Demonstrated experience managing digital platforms, mobile applications, or software-based products.

• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).

• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into informed product decisions.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams within a technology-driven environment.

• Product Management certification (e.g., CSPO, PMP, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
