Location: Abidjan, Cote D'Ivoire

As an Onboarding Specialist, your main focus will be supporting projects and onboarding Clients. The role requires close collaboration with an international team to assess Clients’ business needs, analyze data, and train end-users to ensure successful use of the platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, thrives in a learning environment, and has a can-do attitude. The candidate is also able to demonstrate a sense of urgency, with great attention to detail. Support data analysis and customer requirements to get projects live.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding:

· Collaborate with Customer Success teams to understand customer project business requirements and

objectives.

· Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition to our

solutions.

· Manage the customer onboarding process using internal software and tools

· Configure and customize the solution to meet client-specific needs

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and customer support,

product development to ensure a coordinated and successful onboarding process.

Training and Education:

· Develop and deliver training sessions to customers and end-users, covering functionalities, best

practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

· Create and maintain documentation, tutorials, and other educational materials.

· Providing ongoing support and trainings as needed to ensure user proficiency.

Data Analysis & Quality Control:

· Assesses the customer’s requirements, processes, and data to be migrated and managed in Farmforce.

· Configures the data, servers, and users to meet customer requirements and desired user experience.

· Execute test cases on the customer’s web and mobile application in alignment with their processes.

· Raise questions related to data and configurations to Customer Success or project lead and discuss

resolutions.

· Support Customer Success and Customer Support on documentation.

Customer Support:

· Investigate issues raised by customers and ug and coordinate with Customer Support on validating

technical defects.

· Proactively monitor tenant usage levels of customers, raising non-usage or issues found to Customer

Success. Assist in remote second line support to customers and facilitate with internal teams in the

event third line support is required.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree

· 2 -3 years of working experience in any of the following industries:

o Software (Enterprise, SaaS)

o Farming & Agriculture

o Food/Ingredients Sourcing

o FMCG/CPG

o Logistics & Cold Chain

o Retail, Wholesale, Food Service

o Food Safety, Auditing & Certification (e.g. HACCP, Global GAP, RFA)

· Conversational English or a higher level is a must.

· The candidate should be collaborative, resourceful, and pragmatic.
