We’re on a growth journey, operating across multiple continents. As our current Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is taking on a new role focusing on product leadership, we’re looking for a tech savvy CTO who is ready to shape the future of agricultural technology and drive lasting impact.

The Role

As CTO, you’ll be the visionary and hands-on leader of Farmforce’s technology vision, guide our platform’s evolution, serve as the lead technical authority and ensure we stay at the forefront of cloud, mobile, and data-driven solutions. You’ll bring both hands on technical depth and leadership, with a strong focus on agile ways of working that empowers teams to deliver at speed and scale.

What You’ll Do

• Craft and execute Farmforce’s long-term technology vision and roadmap.

• Serve as the most senior technical authority and chief technical architect

• Ensure our processes and working style is agile and that our SaaS platform is scalable, secure, and

future-ready

• Lead and inspire a distributed engineering team across multiple regions.

• Collaborate with product, operations, and commercial teams to deliver customer value

• Champion innovation in areas like mobile applications, cloud infrastructure, and data analytics.

• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and integrate them into our offering when it counts.

• Represent Farmforce’s tech leadership with investors, partners, and global stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven ability to lead technology and software development teams at scale (CTO, VP Engineering,

or senior tech leadership).

• Strong technical skills—you are tech savvy, hands-on and confident navigating complex platforms

and solving complex technical problems.

• Experience with SaaS, cloud, and mobile development.

• Comfort working with distributed, multicultural teams across regions.

• Excellent communication skills—you can inspire both engineers and business leaders.

• Passion for sustainability, agriculture, or global impact is a big plus.
