Role summaryWe’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to own Farmforce’s day-to-day global marketing execution. You will run our digital channels, manage HubSpot, coordinate content production, and support events/webinars that drive a qualified pipeline for the commercial team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of demand generation, marketing operations, and content coordination, and who can work independently while partnering closely with Sales.
Key responsibilities1) Demand generation & digital performance
● Plan and execute digital campaigns across owned and paid channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, retargeting, email).
● Manage performance reporting: traffic, conversion rates, CPL/CAC signals, MQL→SQL conversion, pipeline influence.
● Maintain and optimize landing pages and conversion journeys.
2) Website & social media
● Own website updates and performance optimization (content updates, landing pages, SEO basics, analytics).
● Manage social media calendar and execution (organic + paid), community monitoring, and performance tracking.
3) Marketing operations (HubSpot)
● Own HubSpot configuration and hygiene: lists, properties, workflows, scoring (if used), lead routing, lifecycle stages.
● Run email nurturing and newsletter programs.
● Produce consistent dashboards and reporting for CCO and leadership.
4) Content & thought leadership production
● Coordinate content creation internally and with freelancers/agencies (blog posts, case studies, decks, short videos).
● Ensure content matches Farmforce positioning and supports priority campaigns and events.
●Support flagship thought-leadership initiatives (e.g., Traceability Barometer) from an execution/project management standpoint.
5) Events & webinars
● Coordinate trade fairs, conferences, and webinars end-to-end: planning, promotion, logistics, and follow-up assets.
● Work with Sales to ensure lead capture, fast follow-up, and post-event performance analysis.
6) Sales enablement support
● Maintain and update core commercial assets (one-pagers, pitch decks, customer stories).
● Support account-based initiatives with lists, sequences, and campaign execution (in coordination with Sales).
What success looks like (first 6–12 months)● Reliable execution cadence across web/content/social/email with visible improvement in funnel conversion.
● HubSpot is clean, usable, and producing consistent reporting; lead routing and nurture flows run smoothly.
● Increased number of qualified meetings/pipeline influenced by campaigns and events.
● Events/webinars are predictable “plays” with repeatable processes and measurable outcomes.
● Content production runs on schedule via a lightweight freelance/agency bench when needed.
Requirements● 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing (SaaS/tech preferred).
● Demonstrated ability to run performance campaigns and report on outcomes (not just activity).
● Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation); comfortable owning workflows and data hygiene.
● Strong written English; able to manage content production with subject-matter experts.
Practical experience coordinating vendors/freelancers (writers, designers, video).
● Organized, reliable, comfortable in a lean environment with high ownership.
Nice to have● Experience in sustainability, supply chain, agriculture, or compliance-related industries.
● Basic SEO/content strategy understanding (keyword research, on-page hygiene).
● Familiarity with webinar tools and event lead capture workflows.
● Experience supporting ABM-style campaigns with Sales.
Why this role● High ownership, broad scope, direct impact on commercial outcomes.
● Opportunity to work in a global, mission-driven context (supply chain sustainability and compliance).
● Small team environment with short decision loops and room to shape how marketing is done.
