Freadom Edu β the team behind Wings of Words and the Freadom Reading Platform, trusted by 500+ premium schools across India β is looking for a Regional Manager (Mumbai / Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore) to lead our growth across locations.

πΌ Type: Full-time | Individual Contributor Role
What you'll own:
β Drive school acquisition and business growth across the assigned region
β Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for Wings of Words & Freadom Reading Platform
β Identify, connect, and onboard premium schools through consultative selling
β Build strong relationships with Principals, Academic Coordinators & School Management
β Conduct impactful product presentations and demos for decision-makers
β Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual revenue targets
β Drive account expansion, engagement, and renewals with partner schools
β Maintain CRM discipline, sales forecasting, and regular reporting
What we're looking for:
πΉ 5+ years of experience in B2B EdTech / K-12 / Institutional Sales
πΉ Proven track record of selling solutions to schools
πΉ Strong network with premium school decision-makers preferred
πΉ Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
πΉ Consultative selling approach with strong ownership mindset
πΉ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
πΉ Graduate degree required (MBA preferred)
