We work closely with schools, teachers, governments, and CSR partners to design scalable, evidence-backed education programs with measurable impact across diverse learning contexts. As we expand our presence across Odisha, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Growth Lead to build strategic partnerships, develop a strong CSR pipeline, and drive sustainable growth for the organization.

Role Overview

The Growth Lead – CSR Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting CSR and institutional partnerships across Odisha. This is a high-impact role requiring someone with strong relationship-building skills, an understanding of the CSR ecosystem, and the ability to work closely with corporate leaders, government stakeholders, and implementation partners.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys networking, creating opportunities, and taking ownership of business development from lead generation through partnership closure.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

• Build and manage relationships with CSR leaders, corporate foundations, trusts, and philanthropic organizations across Odisha.
• Identify new funding opportunities aligned with Freadom Edu's education and skilling initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective CSR partners.
• Represent Freadom Edu at industry forums, CSR events, conferences, and networking platforms.

Business Development

• Source and qualify new leads through market research, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Schedule and lead meetings with corporate decision-makers and CSR heads.
• Understand partner priorities and align Freadom Edu's solutions to their CSR objectives.
• Work closely with the central proposal team to develop customized concept notes, proposals, and presentations.
• Support negotiations and facilitate the closure of partnership agreements and MoUs.

Government & Ecosystem Engagement

• Build relationships with district administrations, education departments, and ecosystem organizations.
• Identify opportunities for public-private partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
• Strengthen Freadom Edu's visibility within Odisha's education and CSR ecosystem.

Market Intelligence

• Track CSR budgets, annual reports, and funding priorities of companies operating in Odisha.
• Monitor upcoming CSR opportunities, RFPs, and grant announcements.
• Maintain a database of corporates, foundations, and strategic stakeholders.

Internal Collaboration

• Coordinate with implementation, impact, finance, and leadership teams to ensure proposals are technically sound and commercially viable.
• Support partner visits, project launches, and review meetings.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular pipeline and revenue updates.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Qualified CSR opportunities added to the pipeline.
• Value of proposals submitted.
• Number of strategic meetings with prospective partners.
• Revenue generated through CSR partnerships.
• Number of partnerships successfully signed.
• Conversion rate from lead to partnership.
• Strength and quality of stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Education, Public Policy, or a related field.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.

Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in CSR partnerships, business development, fundraising, institutional partnerships, or corporate engagement.
• Experience working with NGOs, social enterprises, CSR foundations, or education organizations is highly preferred.
• Strong network within Odisha's corporate and CSR ecosystem will be an advantage.
