Job Description

• Work with the core team on critical projects which are essential for the growth of the businesses and ensure end-to-end management.
• Make sure that all the projects and campaigns are executed at the highest quality and the product is delivered as per the brand standards.
• Manage the existing projects and have the ability to build new projects from scratch.
• Accelerate team efficiency by improving processes and workflows with the core team and cross-functional teams.
• Breaking down the overall project strategy and roadmap into specific components that you delegate or own yourself.
• Managing strong inter-team communication and follow-up processes for the timely delivery of the project.

Requirements

• An Engineer/MBA or an ex entrepreneur.
• Someone who loves problem-solving and doesn't settle for any solution, but strives to find a better one.
• Someone who appreciates the bigger picture and gives attention to details.
• Someone who can manage traveling (80-90% traveling involved).
