To achieve this objective, we have set up a new R&D facility and are currently building a team to deliver hardware solutions across electromechanical systems dealing with energy management.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated senior power electronics engineer. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and troubleshooting power electronic systems and components including inverters and battery energy storage systems, ensuring they meet performance, reliability and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power Electronic, control systems and energy storage technologies with a strong track record of delivering high efficiency, reliable and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, simulate and prototype power electronic circuits and systems, including DC-DC converters, DC-AC inverters, battery energy storage systems and motor drives.
● Develop and simulate control algorithms for MPPT, grid synchronization and battery charging/discharging
● Select and evaluate power Semiconductors (IGBT, Mosfet, Sic/GAN) devices.
● Collaborate with firmware, mechanical and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration
● Conduct thorough testing and validation of power electronic systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
● Troubleshoot and debug power electronics systems and components, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance
● Design of PCBs, Design electrical / electronic engineering assemblies, layouts/schematics and detailed drawings
● Preparing engineering specification documents, Test specs
● Documentation for product release.

Job Specific Knowledge
● Hands on experience in Power Electronics, Electrical Hardware designs, capital equipment control panel designing.
● Knowledge in Analog & Digital circuit design.
● knowledge ini, IEC, UL,, IEEEANSI, NEC protocols / Standards
● Knowledge of component Obsol. & selection, schematic generation, layout reviews
● Knowledge in UL/CE, Semi Safety requirements,
● Knowledge and Experience in Power electronics simulation software like LTSpice
● Knowledge and experience in PCB design software like OrCAD, PADS, E3Series
● Working knowledge Team Center Engineering or any other PLM software
● Exposure to SMT manufacturing processes
