If you’re a plant-loving people-person who’s skilled at construction project management and direction, then we want to meet you. But first, a bit about us…

We’re a full-scale, energy-saving, B-Corp certified, sustainably powered vertical farm. We’re on a mission to transform the farming system forever, so that everyone can afford tasty nutritious food, that doesn’t cost the earth. Literally.

In other words: we boldly grow where no one has grown before. Our state-of-the-art salad leaves are made possible by an incredible team of rocket scientists (see what we did there?), engineers, leaf whisperers, and a root network of fabulous people. Which brings us onto you

Your Role

If you’re an exceptional Project Manager looking for the next project to make your mark on, then this just might be your dream job. If you’re a dynamic general team player with a willingness to learn and explore other areas of the business, this will be a role you can embrace and get out as much as you put in.

  • You’ve got an ability to think logically for day-to-day tasks and time management, and you can find solutions for issues facing design, project, programme, and cost.
  • You bring good judgement and integrity to every project you work on – you can determine the right course of action with some degree of decision-making latitude.
