About GrowUp Farms
We’re a full-scale, energy-saving, B-Corp certified, sustainably powered vertical farm. We’re on a mission to transform the farming system forever, so that everyone can afford tasty nutritious food, that doesn’t cost the earth. Literally.
In other words: we boldly grow where no one has grown before. Our state-of-the-art salad leaves are made possible by an incredible team of rocket scientists (see what we did there?), engineers, leaf whisperers, and a root network of fabulous people. As we prepare to overhaul our consumer-facing brand in early 2025, we’re looking for an experienced Interim Marketing Manager to join us and help bring this exciting vision to life.

5. Market Research & Insights
- Utilise market and consumer research to shape the brand strategy and inform decision-making.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities for the brand.
6. Budget Management
- Manage the brand launch budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to deliver maximum impact within the agreed financial parameters.
