Pioneers of hydrogen-electric distributed propulsion with Element One Aircraft, H3 Dynamics develops state-of-the-art hydrogen-electric fuel cell systems and powertrains, as well as hydrogen production units and electrolyzers to make sustainable aviation a reality. These solutions can be adapted to both propulsive and non-propulsive needs for airborne or ground applications.

To support the growth of the commercial activity, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic technical sales engineer to join our great team in Toulouse. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical acumen and sales expertise, with a passion for sustainable aviation solutions.

Missions

  • Conduct all commercially-related activities throughout the sales funnel from prospecting, qualification to closing deals in order to hit and exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct in-depth technical assessments of client needs and collaborate with sales, product and technical teams to develop high-quality, tailored proposals that address client requirements and highlight the unique value proposition of our hydrogen solutions for aviation
  • Build and maintain strong and trustful relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients by addressing queries promptly and professionally as well as providing expert guidance to clients on product specifications, performance, and benefits.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from clients to contribute to product development and improvement efforts.
  • Provide reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to the management team.
  • Participate in the development of marketing materials, technical brochures, and other collateral to support sales efforts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and developments in the clean aviation sector.
  • Attend events/tradeshows and other networking opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 5 year degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering and/or Business Administration
  • Proven experience in technical sales and/or bid management, preferably within the aviation, clean energy, or hydrogen industries.
  • Ability to analyze technical information and translate it into clear, compelling sales proposals
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment to meet client needs.
  • Highly motivated profile with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with sales tools and CRM software
  • English is fluent (written and spoken). French and/or German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
