Supply Chain Manager

• This position is based out of Patna, Bihar.
• Handle end to end logistics, warehousing, documentation and data management to ensure 100% on time order fulfillment for B2B and B2C customers of Husk.
• Own and manage strategy around warehouse locations and logistics to minimize the cost of operations.
• Be the champion of customer satisfaction take full ownership of superior customer value through operational excellence.
• Build, train and manage teams (field and office level) to optimize performance.
• Implement the correct software solutions including WMS and OMS to manage operations and fulfillment.
• Drive 3PL partnerships.
  
  

Total Work Experience : 5+ Years.

• Prior experience in end-to-end operations, logistics or fulfillment roles in a startup ecommerce is preferred.
• Experience in scaling up warehouses and hub operations from 10 to 1000 orders per day is preferred.
• Understanding of multiple WMS and OMS tools.
• Comfort in working on ground level and learning and teaching by getting hands dirty is a must.
• Experience in handling medium to large teams of blue collar members is a must.
• Experience in operating in rural areas of Bihar, UP and Jharkhand is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and analytical approach to problem solving using data is required.
• Should have the ability to work in an unstructured environment and drive influence across hierarchy and functional lines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Must be willing to travel and spend a week to 10 days on ground every month.
