Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Husk Power in Patna. The HR intern will assist in recruitment, candidate database management, employee database management, supporting personnel management tasks and contributing to the overall HR function.

• Knowledge of recruitment process
• Knowledge of database management
• Experience in Personnel Management
• Good in MS Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
