​Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the administration of customer information, liaising with the sales team to ensure the collation of detailed records are maintained relating to sales activities, including inquiries, bookings, and complaints

• Be responsible for ensuring sales data is kept up-to-date and accurate in a timely manner

• Be responsible for creating, editing and updating spreadsheets and other business documents

• Work closely with stakeholders of the business to gather relevant information and insights for wider understanding and future business proposals

• Support the writing and collation of requirements to submit business proposals, as required

• Assist in tracking company sales goals and reporting the results as necessary to the business

• Assist the sales team in acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones to ensure customer satisfaction and potential repeat business

• Collaborate with the sales team where requested, to support company sales strategies and approaches based on client feedback and market dynamics

• Provide general administrative support as required with the Sales function

Person Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in an administrative role or similar

• Demonstrable experience in Commercial awareness

• Customer focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

• Have a proactive approach, a willingness to learn and the ability to adapt In a SME environment

• Previous experience of working for a vehicle manufacturer or dealer in an administrative or sales support role would be advantageous
