Key Responsibilities1. Develop and execute digital marketing plans according to the company's brand and business needs, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and data analytics;2. Manage content planning, publication, and user interaction on major overseas social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), enhancing brand awareness and user engagement;3. Responsible for advertising deployment, data monitoring, and performance optimization on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads;4. Develop creative content (copy, images, videos) tailored for overseas markets, ensuring cultural appropriateness and attractiveness;5. Analyze marketing data (such as CTR, conversion rates, ROI) to develop optimization strategies and continuously improve campaign effectiveness;6. Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to support overseas market promotional activities, ensuring marketing strategies align with business objectives;7. Stay updated on global digital marketing and social media trends, explore new platforms and tools, and propose innovative marketing solutions. Required Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, E-commerce, or related fields;2. At least 3 years of TOB (business-to-business) digital marketing experience in overseas markets, with familiarity in operating major international social media platforms;3. Knowledgeable in SEO/SEM optimization and optimization strategies for Google and Bing search engines;4. Excellent content planning and copywriting skills, able to create engaging content tailored to the characteristics of overseas markets;5. Experience in advertising, capable of independently managing the full process from strategy to execution;6. Strong data analysis skills, able to identify issues from data and propose optimization strategies;7. High proficiency in English;8. Understanding of overseas cultures and market characteristics, with keen market insight.
