• Monitor conversations across different online channels and address important brand mentions through engagement, escalation, and documentation
• Assist in forming and managing Kalibrr's communities
• Access and respond to Kalibrr’s online channels through private messages, comments, and other brand mentions
• Generate insights and report about community performance with recommendations for improvement
• Provide support for marketing initiatives as deemed necessary

• Dedication and proactiveness to contribute ideas and provide solutions
• Solid understanding and/or appreciation of Branding, Marketing, and Communications
• Strong individual contributor but an equally strong team player
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Must have great organization skills, attention to detail, initiative, and willingness to learn
• Proficient in Google Suite (primarily Google Docs and Google Sheets)
• Proficient in desk research (web, social media)
