Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and inspections, and assist with equipment upgrades as directed by supervision.
• Deliver high-quality customer service during all on-site interactions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain, service, troubleshoot, repair, and install company products in the field while ensuring efficient and quality work.
• Safely and effectively utilize hand tools, power tools, ladders, and related facilities maintenance equipment to complete assigned work.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment, communicating clearly and coordinating with colleagues to achieve project objectives.
• Maintain flexibility to work at various assigned locations based on project needs. Reliable personal transportation is required.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Proven ability to perform in physically demanding environments.
• Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support effective teamwork and client interactions.
• Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.
