Job Description

  • We are looking for a skilled Business Development team member to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
  • We are looking for a high-performing Sales Managers & Key Account Managers to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
  • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Bring in New business aggressively for Temporary, contingent, permanent, Contract to Hire etc
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Build and Maintain Relationship with New Clients For Repetitive Business
  • Develop sales and demand generation strategy and identify core markets
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
  • Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Maximize your sales, business development and network to develop new business from existing and new clients
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Achieve agreed revenue goals/profitability targets/share and personal development goals
  • Client Management, delivery management
  • Direct or indirect Team management to ensure adherence to client commitments
  • Identification of internal needs and hiring team as and when requirement
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Sales Manager Specific Add On

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status


  • Experience in lead generation, talking to clients, Fixing appointments, follow up with clients required
  • Having existing relationships with clients to bring immediate business would be a plus
  • Enthusiasm and passion for sales and delivering above and beyond the norm!
  • Ability to work on own with limited supervision
  • Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory
  • Corporate Sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
