Amsterdam, Netherlands

Job description

Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to marketing communications in a way that makes our impact visible?

We're looking for a growth marketer who wants to own something, not execute someone else's playbook.

More about us

Land Life builds and manages high-integrity reforestation projects for businesses that are serious about their climate commitments. We work with large corporates navigating net-zero targets, nature strategies, and the growing pressure to back up sustainability claims with real-world impact. Our projects span multiple continents, and so does our team.

More about our team

The MarCom team at Land Life is a small team that punches above its weight. We're spread across three time zones, we coordinate tightly with the Business Development team, and we're in the process of building the systems and attribution models that will make our work measurably tied to commercial outcomes for the first time. You'd be joining at exactly the moment when that infrastructure is being built, which means real ownership, real impact, and a front-row seat to how a purpose-driven company scales.

We work hybrid out of our Amsterdam office. When you're in, expect weekly workout, lunches, a team that takes the mission seriously without taking itself too seriously, and a lot of direct access to leadership.

More about this opportunity

You'll sit inside a lean MarCom team spread across Amsterdam, Australia, and Spain, working closely with Business Development to build the pipeline infrastructure that connects our marketing activity to real commercial outcomes. This is a performance-focused role: paid media, CRM, outreach, and the automation that ties it all together.

If you've spent time in B2B marketing and you're energised by conversion rates, pipeline data, brand campaigns and content calendars, this is probably the right fit.

What you'll own

In your first weeks, you'll set the foundations:

Infrastructure & automation

  • Build and own the Zapier workflows connecting our tools: ads, CRM, forms, notifications

  • Set up end-to-end UTM tracking and attribution across all channels

  • Build and maintain landing pages optimised for conversion

Reporting

  • Build a weekly performance dashboard covering leads, CPL, pipeline contribution, website and social traffic

  • Own paid budget tracking and reporting

Once the infrastructure is live, your week-to-week will be:

Paid acquisition

  • Plan, execute, and optimise LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns

  • Run retargeting campaigns across the funnel from awareness to conversion

  • Own budget pacing, bid strategy, and campaign iteration

Outreach & CRM

  • Own Pipedrive: keep the pipeline clean, stages accurate, data complete

  • Collaborate with Business Development on account prioritisation and outreach cadence

  • Track reply rates and conversion, and continuously improve sequences and messaging

What we’re offering
This opportunity offers the chance to work with an international team of smart, committed professionals. It’s a part-time role with real scope, work that contributes directly to large-scale reforestation, and a lean team where your work is visible and your input shapes how we operate.

Our office is located next to the Oosterpark in the eastern part of Amsterdam, allowing us to take breaks in nature, and in addition to the base salary, our offer includes a free lunch, travel subsidy, and a weekly workout with the team.

Job requirements

We’re specifically looking for:

  • 2–3 years in B2B growth or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or a similarly fast-moving environment

  • Hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, not just setting them up, but iterating on them

  • Comfortable owning a CRM (Pipedrive or similar): you know the difference between keeping it tidy and actually using it to drive decisions

  • Experience with outbound and inbound flows

  • Familiarity with Zapier or similar no-code automation tools

  • Fluency in business English, written and spoken

Advantageous:

  • Experience in carbon markets, climate tech, or ESG-adjacent industries

  • Ability to create basic ad visuals and write copy for paid campaigns

How to apply

Send your CV and a short note: two or three sentences on the campaign or growth project you're most proud of and why. No cover letter needed, no lengthy form. We'll be in touch quickly. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible so interviews will start on a rolling basis.
