Join Us at Lingrove

At Lingrove, we’re redefining interior design with Ekoa®—an award-winning, eco-friendly, high-performance material made from rapidly renewable flax plants. It delivers the natural beauty of sustainable design with the durability architects and designers need in wall protection and millwork.

We’re not just selling a product—we’re on a mission to improve the built environment. If you’re passionate about sustainability, love building meaningful relationships, and thrive on driving growth, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Director, West to lead and grow our network of independent rep agencies, distributors, and OEM partners serving the architecture, interior design, and product design communities.

This role is about being the connector, motivator, and strategist who helps bring Ekoa into spaces where beautiful, durable, sustainable design matters—supporting reps with tools, training, and opportunities across A&D, OEM, and key end users.

Our ideal teammate is:

  • Resourceful, driven, easygoing, and approachable
  • A strong communicator with positive, can-do energy
  • Strategic and relationship-oriented
  • A believer in good design, healthy materials, and doing business with integrity
  • Someone who works hard, has fun, and brings a great sense of humor

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire distribution partners/rep groups to hit sales targets and grow market share
  • Own quarterly/annual sales targets and maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in the CRM
  • Build strategies to increase Ekoa adoption in architecture and design projects
  • Train and support rep agencies and partners so they can confidently champion our products
  • Track trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities and inform product direction
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, materials, partnerships, and events
  • Represent Ekoa at trade shows, events, and industry gatherings
  • Evaluate and evolve our rep network to support aggressive, sustainable growth
  • Ensure alignment with company policies and relevant industry regulations

Collaboration & Culture

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Executive teams to align sales with our broader mission
  • Help refine internal processes for sales, tracking, and project management
  • Contribute to a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Not every great hire checks every box—if you’re close and excited, we want to hear from you.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 5+ years of A&D-targeted sales experience (product or sales team management a big plus)
  • Strong working knowledge of sustainability frameworks (LEED, Declare, Climate Pledge ‘30)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in an A&D-driven sector
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel ~50% of the time in the Western US
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace

Bonus skills:

  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Strategic planning and execution experience
  • Deep understanding of A&D products and sustainable design
  • Advanced networking and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort with budgeting and financial management
  • Decisive problem-solving
  • Curiosity about using AI tools for smarter, faster selling

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Immediate eligibility for comprehensive health benefits
  • Employee stock options
  • Sales tools provided: laptop, samples, and branded collateral
  • The chance to leave a positive personal legacy through sustainable design
  • A passionate, collaborative team that’s serious about enjoying work while changing the world
