Role Summary:

Lithium Urban Technologies is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience and possess strong skills in data analysis, data cleaning, data presentation, SQL, and data visualization. This role involves working with unstructured data, performing predictive analysis, and creating reports and dashboards to support management decisions.

Key Skills and Proficiency Levels:

- MS Excel: Basics, Data Cleaning & Formatting Techniques, Pivot Tables, Excel Formulas (Vlookup, Index Match), Charts (Advanced)

- MS PowerPoint: Data Presentation (Advanced)

- SQL: Database Creation, Updating & Connection, Writing SQL Queries to Retrieve Data from Server (Intermediate)

- Tableau: Data Visualization (Basics)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Data Cleaning & Formatting: Clean and format unorganized data into the required format using MS Excel techniques and formulas.

2. Predictive Analysis: Utilize statistical tools to interpret data, paying attention to trends and patterns that can be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.

3. Report Preparation: Create reports, presentations, and dashboards for management, effectively communicating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

4. Report Publishing: Prepare and publish reports to management and stakeholders to monitor and understand Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

5. Data Systems and Databases: Design and maintain data systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and availability for analysis.

6. SQL Data Retrieval: Retrieve data from database servers using SQL queries and prepare reports based on the extracted information.

7. Regular Reporting: Prepare and publish reports on a regular basis (daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly) to provide insights to management and clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics).

- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting.

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data cleaning techniques.

- Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint for effective data presentation.

- Intermediate level proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.

- Basic knowledge of Tableau for data visualization.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
