Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team in the Automotive Li-ion Battery Domain. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in the field and must have hands-on experience in using SolidWorks for designing and developing mechanical components.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical components for Li-ion batteries used in electric vehicles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, manufacturing engineers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components.
• Perform feasibility studies, design reviews, and risk assessments to ensure the highest quality of products.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation such as specifications, drawings, and test reports.
• Provide technical support during the manufacturing process and perform root cause analysis of any issues that arise.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in designing mechanical components for Li-ion batteries, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Good experience in using SolidWorks for 3D modeling and creating detailed drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
