Job Summary:

You will be required to assist in Sales and business development for South Cluster for products of Lucro

Who are we looking for?

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Masters/MBA/Diploma in Packaging

Experience Length: 2-4 years.

What you’ll be responsible for:

· Sales Strategy Development: Assist in formulating and implementing sales strategies tailored to the South Cluster to drive growth and increase market share.

· Co-ordination with Plants: Facilitate effective communication and coordination with internal and external plants to ensure timely delivery and outstanding follow-ups.

· Client Meetings: Conduct regular meetings at headquarters to discuss sales strategies, progress, and operational challenges.

· Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking to expand the customer base.

· Order Management: Oversee the order follow-up process to ensure timely processing and resolution of any issues.

· New Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer portfolio.

· Field Visits: Conduct plant visits to understand operations and foster relationships with stakeholders.

· Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales targets versus achievements in both sales volume and revenue, providing regular updates to management.

· Reporting: Maintain clear communication through daily reporting via WhatsApp, and comprehensive weekly reports using designated formats.

· Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

· Problem Solving: Address and resolve any challenges or conflicts that arise with clients or internal teams, demonstrating a strong and calm demeanor.

You will have an added advantage if:

· You have worked in any sustainability related field.

· Basic understanding of Plastic recycling, Plastic granules, Plastic products and understanding of the market is preferred.

· Good temperament to face difficult situations both internally and externally.
