• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & maintain high-quality web applications with a focus on user experience, functionality & performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers & other developers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design & implement scalable & robust architectures for web applications, ensuring efficient integration of front-end & back-end components.
  
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code using industry best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability & security.
• Conduct thorough testing & debugging of applications to ensure highest level of quality & reliability.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks & trends in full-stack development, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy & manage applications in production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users, ensuring timely resolution & minimal disruption to the application’s functionality.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative & knowledge-sharing culture within the team.

Skills:

• 8-12 years of overall experience with a good amount of work preferably in a product development company.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Expertise in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java, along with frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Ruby on Rails, Spring).
• Extensive experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs & microservices architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of database systems, including both relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience in deploying & managing applications in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills & ability to work independently and in team environment.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate & communicate technical concepts to both technical & non-technical stakeholders.
