- Massive Mobility is looking to hire a dynamic, high-energy field sales professional for Lucknow with 3+ years of experience handling post-sales partnerships and business development to help grow its EV Charging business.
- Massive Mobility is developing the next stack of technologies to drive EV adoption faster in India. Massive Mobility operates the brand 1C (www.1charging.com) - an all-in-one solution for EV charging, delivering complete services from installation to ongoing management. We are expanding rapidly to scale up EV charging infrastructure.
- The Partner Success Manager would be responsible for building & maintaining relationships with our partners in EV charging business and support them in local brand promotion to maximize revenue.
- This role combines hands-on operational support with strategic business development to help partners build successful EV charging Ops & Training :
- Conduct site visits to partner locations to ensure operational excellence
- Provide onsite training to partner staff on equipment, operation, maintenance & troubleshooting
- Ensure proper implementation of branding guidelines across all partner locations
- Conduct periodic site audits & maintain quality standards
- Assist partners in optimising station layout & customer experience
- Help partners identify & pursue additional revenue streams at charging stations
- Develop local marketing strategies to drive customer traffic to partner locations
- Build relationships with local businesses, fleet operators & potential B2B customers
- Identify & facilitate cross-selling opportunities for partners
- Assist partners in developing promotional campaigns & local partnerships
- Work with partners to analyze local market conditions & competition
- Guide partners in pricing strategy & service offerings
- Help partners optimise operational efficiency & profitability
- Support partners in customer acquisition & retention strategies
- Track performance of each location on KPIs - % utilization
- Customer experience
- Increasing repeat business
- Bachelor's degree in Tech, Business, Marketing
- 3+ years of field sales or business development experience
- Valid driver's license & willingness to travel extensively
- Experience in training & developing business owners/operators
- Experience in retail or franchise business operations
- Experience in EV charging or automotive industry
- Knowledge of local market dynamics & business networking
- Effective communication & negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours
