Mobi-Air, your air-handling specialist, supplies safe high-performance air-handling systems including traditional drum-filtration technology and the next generation Mobi-Flex™ filtration technology. Mobi-Flex™ has been specifically developed in response to clients' requests that in today’s global economy, a new technology was required adopting modular plug & play design architecture similar to modern diaper converting technology that can be easily relocated without the need to dismantle/re-assemble and deployable across multiple business units. The result after this significant design effort is a modular singular SKU utility platform capable of supporting adult/baby/fem/tissue converting systems protecting flows of 5–250 kcmh without limitation or safety concerns. Mobi-Flex™ offers a world-first hybrid solution; the process flexibility and robustness of baghouse technology with a compact design and smaller footprint versus a traditional drum-filter. This comprehensively re-designed platform offers a host of industry-first innovative features. Equipment housings are built to ISO SEA container standards for ease of shipment and elimination of assembly effort. Modular design concepts adopted throughout give seamless plug & play upgrade capability. The platform supports standard fan & HVAC systems and can also be integrated with plug-in containerized process solutions offering enhanced modularity benefits via fan, mill, HVAC, geo-thermal HVAC & heat recovery. Mobi-Air, a recent strategic amalgamation of leading filtration companies around the globe operating since 1978, has been formed to provide our client base with a comprehensive, professional, and trustworthy global support network. With experienced engineering professionals located across the globe and dedicated support centers in Japan, Germany, Singapore, and shortly in the USA & LA, we strive to supply our clients with world-class process concepts offering energy-efficient solutions that eliminate environmental damage.
