Agentic AI Engineer – Real-Time Process Intelligence
We are building the AI brain for industrial operations.
Our platform uses LLMs, machine learning, and real-time streaming data to detect failures, explain what’s happening inside machines, and recommend what to do — automatically.
We’re looking for Agentic AI Engineers who want to build autonomous, reasoning-driven AI systems that work on live industrial data, not static chatbots.
This is not a prompt-engineering role.
This is about turning LLMs into decision engines.
What You’ll Work On
You will build LLM-powered agents that:
- Watch thousands of live sensor streams (vibration, temperature, energy, process data)
- Detect abnormal behavior
- Reason about root cause using domain knowledge and ML models
- Decide what action to take (alert, recommend, escalate, verify)
- Learn from feedback and outcomes
Think ChatGPT meets industrial digital twins — running in real time.
What You’ll Build
You will design and deploy:
- Multi-agent AI systems that collaborate (sensor agents, asset agents, plant agents)
- Tool-using LLMs that call:
- anomaly detection models
- time-series databases
- physics models
- CMMS and ERP APIs
- Real-time inference pipelines powered by Kafka, Flink, or Spark
- Memory systems that let AI remember machine history, failures, and past actions
What We’re Looking For
You should be comfortable with:
- LLMs in production (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA, etc.)
- Agent frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
- Tool-calling + RAG + memory
- Streaming systems (Kafka, Flink, Spark, Redis)
- Python + ML models (anomaly detection, prediction, classification)
- Experience integrating:
- Anomaly detection models
- Predictive models
- Physics-based or rule-based engines
- with LLM-driven reasoning layers
You don’t need to know everything — but you should love learning fast and building real systems.
Why This Role Is Different
You will be:
- Creating AI systems that think, decide, and act
- Running AI on live machines
- Building technology that prevents failures, saves energy, and improves production
Your code will directly impact factories, plants, and millions of dollars of operations.
Who Should Apply
You’re a fit if you:
- Enjoy building complex systems
- Like combining ML + LLMs + real-time data
- Want to work on AI that actually changes the physical world
