Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager – East will be responsible for driving business growth, managing strategic accounts, and ensuring strong customer retention across the East India region. The role involves acquiring new enterprise customers, expanding deployments across multiple plants, and managing contract renewals and account growth within existing customers.
The role will report directly to the Business Head – India and will work closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to drive revenue growth and long-term customer success.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in capital sales, value-driven selling, and ROI-led solution sales, along with the ability to close large enterprise deals and manage regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership

Drive regional revenue growth and achieve sales targets for East India
Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise industrial opportunities
Lead the complete sales cycle from opportunity creation to deal closure

Strategic Account Development

Expand Infinite Uptime deployments across multiple plants within large industrial groups
Develop long-term partnerships with key industrial customers

Renewals & Customer Retention

Own and drive contract renewals across existing customers in the region
Ensure strong customer engagement and value realization to support renewals
Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion during renewal cycles

Value-Based Selling

Lead ROI-driven sales conversations focused on:
Downtime reduction
Reliability improvement
Maintenance cost optimization
Operational efficiency gains

CXO Engagement

Build and leverage strong CXO relationships with CEOs, COOs, Plant Heads, Maintenance Heads, and Digital Leaders
Position Infinite Uptime as a strategic AI and reliability transformation partner

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor regional sales and account management teams
Drive sales discipline, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline governance

Candidate Profile

Experience

10–15 years of experience in enterprise or industrial sales
Proven track record in capital equipment sales or high-value industrial solutions
Strong experience in value-driven and ROI-based selling
Demonstrated success in closing large enterprise deals
Experience managing regional teams and complex industrial accounts

Key Strengths

Strong CXO connect and executive relationship management
Excellent negotiation and deal closure skills
Ability to manage long and complex industrial sales cycles
Strategic account development mindset
