Convert existing records into structured, searchable digital assets within approved IT systems

Apply and enforce standardized naming conventions, indexing structures, and version-control protocols

Verify data accuracy, completeness, and traceability at every stage of execution

Maintain strict confidentiality, access controls, and security procedures

Document workflows, system changes, and operational processes with precision

Identify risks, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies in data organization and escalate appropriately

Coordinate with IT leadership to ensure alignment with internal systems and governance standards
- Experience in IT operations, database management, or document management systems

Strong understanding of data security, access controls, and information governance

Master's degree in Information Technology or a closely related discipline (e.g., Database Management, Network Management, Digital Information Systems or Cybersecurity).
