We are seeking a results-driven Customer Engagement Manager to support our business growth through strategic lead generation, market analysis, and customer engagement. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, creativity, and customer savviness to identify new opportunities and help position our product in the evolving food ingredient landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis & Insights:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the food tech, alternative protein, and CPG sectors.
• Analyze industry reports, customer feedback, and sales data to provide actionable insights.
• Develop presentations and reports to support sales and marketing strategies.

Sales & Lead Generation:

• Collaborate with the sales team to support customer engagement and follow-ups.
• Identify and qualify leads using CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot) and manage outreach strategies.
• Develop and execute email and outreach campaigns to drive business development efforts.
• Manage lead generation contractors to ensure our KPI are met
• Track and analyze lead conversion rates and optimize the sales funnel.

CRM & Reporting:

• Maintain and update CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot) to ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.
• Generate reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and business impact.

Sales Material Preparation (in collaboration with the Marketing team):

• Assist in preparing sales presentations, case studies, and pitch materials.
• Write engaging emails, campaigns, product sheets, and sales content.
• Create content for sales material (sell sheets, presentations, photography, and infographics) together with the Marketing team

Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation, preferably in the food ingredient, biotech, or CPG space.
• This is not a graphic design position; however, basic photography skills, ability to learn and follow brand guidelines and an eye for detail and style are necessary, along with proficiency in suitable tools.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) and email marketing tools.
• Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to support business growth.
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing analytics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, growing company.
• Highly productive and action oriented.
• Great attitude and a good sense of humor is a must.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in food, CPG, or biotech industries.
• Photo and video editing and multimedia content creation experience.
