Role Overview

The VP Enrollment is a pivotal role at Openclassrooms. The successful candidate will drive the enrollment strategy, ensuring we are accessible to our target audience and compliant with French educational standards and funding . With a focus on efficiency and growth, the VP will harness technology, manage a dispersed and diverse operational team, and enact change where necessary.

Responsibilities

  • As part of the Revenue leadership team, contribute to the overall revenue strategy and support the COO as one of the key leaders of the department
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enrollment strategy, focusing on efficient and scalable processes.
  • Oversee enrollment, which encompasses the admission and financial aid processes for all lines of business: B2B, B2C, and B2G.
  • Understand and remain compliant with French education funding rules, accreditation standards, and the broader education system and anticipate regulatory changes.
  • Oversee the continuous improvement of enrollment-related processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
  • Produce weekly enrollment forecast reports, providing insights and actionable data to senior leadership.
  • Manage the weekly enrollment pipeline, ensuring timely progress and addressing potential bottlenecks.
  • Utilize technology to optimize the enrollment process and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Drive change management initiatives, ensuring that the team is well-prepared, engaged, and equipped for transitions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align the enrollment strategy with the company's broader objectives.


REPORTING LINE

This role reports to the COO.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Deep understanding of French education funding rules.
  • Proficiency in operational management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the admissions and financial aid processes.
  • Familiarity with French accreditation standards.
  • Understanding of the French education system.
  • Comfortable using a range of technological tools and platforms.
  • Autonomous work ethic, capable of leading and executing projects independently.
  • Experience managing a dispersed operational team.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management.


QUALIFICATION

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in French education Institutions, with a focus on enrollment, financial aid, operational management, and process improvement.
  • Proficient in both French and English.
