Requirements

BlueHenry is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help expand our local wholesale presence. This role blends in-person (door-to-door) sales with outbound follow-up calls, focusing on restaurants, caterers, bartenders, and specialty retailers. You'll be responsible for building new customer relationships, following up on leads, and supporting ongoing sales operations. Key Responsibilities Field Sales & Route Execution

  • Visit assigned local businesses (restaurants, bars, caterers, retailers)
  • Introduce BlueHenry products and pitch wholesale opportunities
  • Deliver samples, menus, and pricing sheets
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and identify buyer needs
  • Track visits, conversations, and outcomes Lead Follow-Up & Phone Sales
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups on warm and cold leads
  • Respond to inquiries and nurture prospects through the sales process
  • Answer product questions and close orders
  • Maintain organized contact lists and sales pipeline Account Support & Relationship Management
  • Maintain communication with active customers for repeat orders
  • Identify upsell opportunities (new SKUs, bulk orders, seasonal needs)
  • Provide excellent customer experience and issue resolution
  • Support onboarding of new clients Sales Operations & Reporting
  • Track activity, leads, and sales in a simple system (Excel/CRM)
  • Provide weekly updates on: – New prospects contacted – Meetings completed – Orders closed – Key insights from the field
  • Support light administrative/sales tasks during team transitions Additional Responsibilities
