    with the goal of increasing test pass rates to continuously grow the community;
  • Track and report on community engagement metrics, continuously identifying
    opportunities to foster belonging and engagement within the community;
  • Play an important cross-functional role in acting as a bridge between our expert community and our internal teams across Operations, Delivery, Science and Innovation and Engineering.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Well-connected within the ecological science community, with established relationships that can support community growth and engagement;
  • Strong organisational and project management skills;
  • Familiarity with biodiversity monitoring methods, for example, camera traps, and acoustic sensors;
  • An appetite to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup;
  • A ‘roll up your sleeves attitude’ showing willingness to dive in and get the job done;
  • Data fluency with good data manipulation skills using common software for example, excel and google sheets;
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
