Applications Engineer Program Manager
Qnergy
If you want a role where you’re the technical brain, the customer whisperer, and the product owner all in one… this is it. Qnergy is looking for an Applications Engineer Program Manager who knows how to translate messy real-world conditions into engineered solutions that actually work, reliably, repeatedly, and at scale.
This is the connective-tissue role between customers, engineering, manufacturing, and the field. You’ll shape how our systems are configured, deployed, supported, and evolved. If you thrive in ambiguity, move fast without breaking things that matter, and love being the person everyone calls because you always know what’s going on... let’s talk.

- Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to drive design updates, reliability improvements, and cost reductions.
- Build and maintain the documentation backbone: manuals, datasheets, BOMs, and drawings.
- Manage production change workflows and support smooth transitions from design to build.
- Track field reliability metrics and jumpstart root-cause analysis when things aren’t behaving.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Executives on product roadmaps, launch plans, and market positioning.
