We would love to talk with you.Responsibilities- Troubleshooting and new product design of control systems for 3D printers.- Cable assembly, control panel wiring, and light mechanical assembly.- Perform assembly tasks such as crimping, cutting, screwing, press fitting, bolting, soldering, sanding, cleaning, stamping, labeling, taping, marking, and color-coding parts.- Work from drawings, sketches, procedures, blueprints, and written or oral instructions.- Demonstrate attention to detail; keep the workspace clean, tidy, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.- Work as part of a team and help to create a good working environment and atmosphere.- Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.- Perform other duties as requested.- Work up to 40 hours per week between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.Qualifications- Experience with design and troubleshooting machine control systems.- Advanced education degree or equivalent experience.- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations.- Fluency with the use of precision hand tools.Strong communication and math skills.- Ability to work well under pressure to output consistent, high-quality work.- Ability to lift 35 or more pounds.Ability to use light power equipment.- Experience with UL / CE certification process is a plus.- Is willing to learn and could teach us a few things too.- Interest in 3D printing (’cause that’s what we do!).Employment Terms- Type: Full-time position | Contract to Hire- Compensation: NegotiableApplicationThink you might be the person we’re looking for?
