CUSTOMER SUPPORT/CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER [ Location: Austin TX ] About: re:3D (re3d.org) is seeking a multi-talented Customer Support/Customer Success manager. As the User Experience Lead you must have a love for 3D printing and community interaction. Responsibilities include replying to customer issues in Zendesk, taking low volume customer calls, and bi-monthly reporting to engineering; creating proactive solutions such as forum content, updating/consolidating documentation, and new ways of supporting the community; willing to travel for training and on-site repairs. Responsibilities: Reply to customer issues using Zendesk; Take low volume customer calls; Bi-monthly reporting to engineering; Maintain/create forum content; Update/consolidate documentation; Brainstorm new support methods; Travel for training and on-site repairs. Qualifications: At least 2 years of 3D printing experience and love for additive manufacturing; 2+ years in customer support; Experience creating/maintaining community forums; Attention to detail and strong written communication; Strong technical/engineering/science background and able to provide writing samples; Ability to travel up to 2-3 times a month; Flexible and able to work under pressure; Good communication, identify trends, collaborate with engineering and other departments; Loves people, community building, and problem-solving; Provide 2-3 references; Can self-educate and communicate clearly; Willing to learn and teach; Interest in expanding 3D printing knowledge; Able to work from Austin office. Bonus: Experience creating documentation; Experience using Zendesk. Employment Terms: Full-Time; Compensation negotiable.
