Passion for creating efficiency, designing/building complex machines, solving operational challenges, leading teams, and building quality products. Skilled in conceptualization, rapid prototyping, CAD design, fabrication, testing, documentation. Responsibilities: Design and test components, subassemblies, and machines; Fluency with SolidWORKS and Fusion 360 required; Demonstrate end-to-end experience from problem statement to solution; Mechanical component design; Develop detailed assembly procedures; Product and program management is a plus; Establish and maintain effective team relationships; Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics codes; Work closely with customer support to troubleshoot problems and support product development; Demonstrate attention to detail; Willing to learn and teach.
