Role Overview

We are seeking experienced, self-motivated commission-only Sales Representatives (1099) to introduce and sell Roceso’s neurorehabilitation solutions to:

  • Hospital rehabilitation departments
  • Inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation facilities
  • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and neurorehabilitation clinics

This role is ideal for seasoned healthcare or rehab robotics sales professionals who are comfortable operating independently and earning based on performance.

We are looking for multiple Sales Managers located at East, West and North of US.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Prospect and develop new accounts within US hospitals and rehabilitation providers
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → product demo → evaluation → procurement → close
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently close deals

Clinical Engagement

  • Conduct on-site or virtual demonstrations of EsoGLOVE™ and Roceso’s digital rehabilitation solutions
  • Engage therapists (OT/PT), rehab directors, and hospital decision makers
  • Clearly communicate clinical value, functional outcomes, and workflow benefits
  • Support product evaluations, pilots, and trial deployments

Account Growth & Market Feedback

  • Develop long-term relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders
  • Identify expansion and repeat sales opportunities within existing accounts
  • Provide market and competitive feedback to Roceso’s leadership and product teams

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in medical device, rehabilitation, or healthcare sales
  • Existing relationships within hospitals, rehab facilities, or therapy clinics preferred
  • Strong consultative selling and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor
  • Ability to travel regionally as needed
