Elementary School Principal

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in PGSD/Education/Teaching/Training or any relevant field.

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as school principal or vice principal in Indonesian International School or SPK (Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama) with UK Curriculum (Cambridge, Edexcel, AQA, etc.)

• Having NUPTK would be an advantage

• Required Skill(s): creative, innovative, interpersonal skill, communication skill

• Fluent in English is a must

Job Description :

• Ensure learning activities and school daily operation running in excellent quality.

• Develop and control school policies, regulations and procedure.

• Plan and controlling budgeting (RAPBS, BOP, & DAKL).

• Create and monitor annual school programs & partnership to increase school awareness.

• Develop school curriculum (based on national and edexcel curriculum)

• Create a positive school environment and maintain effective discipline environment between teacher, employee, and student.

• Conduct supervision and mentoring program for all teacher & employee.

• Plan and implement school improvement program to increase teacher and employee productivity.

• Prepare periodic (monthly, quarter, and semester) activity report and present it to management.

• Build relations with parents and educational government.

• In charge for any cross-departmental coordination especially for PPDB.
