Qualifications & experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

• Proven experience of conducting Sales process, from prospecting to closing

• Proven experience in a relevant role minimum 3 years. Preferably with experience in fast moving F&B brand, banquet, event planning

• Passionate on delivering great quality of customer service and building strong client relationships.

• Professional, dependable, solution oriented, and ability to function well independently or a in a team work

• Up to date with the current trend related to the business

• Willing to work according to Store operational hour and assigned Store location

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Tasks & responsibilities

• Identify and obtain prospective clients for corporate and private events

• Grow sales according to the company's target and parameter

• Create promotion programs, packages and events

• Coordinate with all team involved to ensure all programs and event runs accordingly, from planning to execution

• Handle customers’ needs and feedback with professionalism to grow customer loyalty
