Purchasing Import (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualification:

· Minimum D3/S1 all majors

· Fluent in Mandarin (reading and speaking)

· Have at least 2 years of experience for the same position in the field of Export Import

· Have the ability to negotiate, communication costing, leadership, working management

· Can work team as well as individual

Job Description:

· Create purchase and procurement reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly)

· Create and follow up on Purchase Order (PO)

· Search for supplier references

· Ensure the completeness of purchasing documents

· Accept requests for purchase and procurement of goods from other department

· Conduct internal external negotiations and audit evaluation of suppliers

· Control inventory, costing, and the supplier

· Analysis of purchase prices
